Im from the bahamas i have a 7 year old shes from there 2 i am married to a united states citizen for a year and a half now we have a 7 month old baby who is a us citizen too, i have a valid passport and visa and so does my daughter,My mom is in the hospital and i want to go home on tuesday and see her we already fill out a form for adjustment of status
the united states immigration sent me a I-797 notice of ACTION FORM SO i think everything is pending andi was approved,I am now waiting for a biometric appointment i dont know what step is next but i want to travel but I am afraid that they wont let me back in with my family whneit is time toleave the bahamas my husband is in the millitary and i breast feed my daughter im just afraid to leave and see my mom,Do you think they will allow me back into the us.If i do leave for a week??????????
