If it's a life and death situation see a lawyer.. but if you think your mom can still survive then don't go.. I have an AP but chose not to go that's what my lawyer told me..he's just going to help me resolve my AOS that has been pending for more than a yr now. I hope ypur mom gets better.

Well honestly, i don't know too what's going on with my case. My lawyer is going to take care of it. He said everything should be fine in 2 months time
