Hello Everyone,
We had recently completed our biometrics for myself and my family (wife and daughter) mid last month.
We received another notice two weeks after taking the first biometrics that required me and my wife to go for biometrics by end of this week but there was no reference for the one which we already taken.
I talked to two agents in USCIS and got different answers. One checked her system by entering our A# and noticed that all our biometrics are showing ok. According to her, the second notice might have generated due to computer error or something and I could simply ignore it. However, the previous agent asked me to go for this notice but she didn't check anything on her system.
Did someone experience the same and could advise me if this notice is sent due to some computer error at USCIS and I can simply ignore the notice or we should go for our biometrics again. Pls post your advise/suggestions ASAP.
