I have a stupid Q.....I am on a visitor visa marrying a USC but i dont have any SS# so i wanted to know that wats the procedure to get married and how do u get a marriage certificate in order to file AOS...

I will appreciate ur help

Not all states require SSN, you should check your requirements for a marriage license, to have a procedure no one is it required to have a SSN

I didnt need a social either

We just went to the court house to get the marriage certificate we filled out the information he is usc and im from the bahamas and we took this paper that they gave us and the person who performs your wedding they have to signe it and a witness as well and then you take it back to them and i think that same day or a week later you recieve your marriage certificate.
