we got I 140 approved. I 485 still pending
recieved date is september 28 2005 and
Notice date is oct 26 2005
in the priority date column it is empty. How should i check the processing time,,,,as there is no priority date in my I 797C
1 month back our case has been transfered from vermont center to texas center.
How long to wait??????? for my case
and currently i got a job offer from another company .........can i go ahead and change my job as my I 485 is pending for more than 180 days....my lawyer says it is ok but what is the sucess rate
