My spouse is the primary applicant on our Green Card and my spouse's 485 got approved today. I was under the impression that both my spouse's and my GC applications will get approved on the same day? Looks like it isn't true?
My questions:
1) Is this scenario normal?
2) If yes, do you know how long would it *normally* take for my application get approved? In few more days, few more weeks/months?
3) We both applied for EAD's and both of our EAD's got approved at the same time last week though.
4) We both got RFE's for the same thing last month and both our RFE's reached USCIS the same day.
5) Does 4 and 5 means that we have cleared our name checks (since I heard that they send RFE's only after we clear the name check?)
