Since noone answered me Im trying to ask again please help me

I was in the u. s from november 19th 2005 That was the last time and i stayed. I have visited back and forth to my boyfriend who is now my husband we got married december 10th 2005,I was pregnant and very sick so after we had the baby in august we got everything together to submit in january07 of this year we sent in the I-130 and on the 12 th of january o7 they sent me aI-797 Notice of Action about my reciept and then on March 8th 07 They said that the above petition has been approved, we have sent the original visa petition to the Department os state nvc,I always read the posting in here so i was confused and i called the nvc and the lady said that they will send everything in Nassau,Bahamas.I was more confused so i called the uscis and they said that it has already been approved because they thought i was in Nassau, so i was like Im not, So when i called them they said that i have to file an aos.And i have to write them letting them know that i will be filing my aos in the United states, so i called them today,I also did the infopass appointment to talk to an immigarton officer to see if it will affect my case,Will it???? But we are filig for the aos and the employment I-765 tomorrow do i still need to see the immigration officer?,I am afraid that they may deny me or deport me,I have a valid passport my visa doesnt expire until october 2007 my passport expires in 2015,I was allowed enrty in the U.S but we took so long to apply for this i was to sick in my pregnancy that was why,But my daughter is shes 7 she is from the bahamas we will file for her after I get straight and my baby she is 8 months she is a u.s.c.
Can you tell me what may happen do I have a good chance of not being denied my husband he is a u.s.c he in the military now he is in the reserves,Do I Have to go back home???/ Thank you so muchhhh for helping me I am so lost.

hmmm.. it won't hurt if you go see an immigration officer, for sure that would help you even more.. if they said that you should file for AOS then do it ASAP.. i don't think this will affect your case, your case was already approved the problem is just that they didn't know you're already here.. but then again, it is always better to be safe, so just clarify this with an immigration officer.. GOODLUCK!! don't stress it too much!!
