Hi, on part 1, information about me, says Adress C/O, what is that mean? Country? Because the next line says Street Number and Name. It's my adress abroad or here in USA? Thanks!

c/o means "care of"..this is only applicable if you are not the principal tenant or homeowner for the address you will indicate in your application, then just put the name of whoever is the principal resident there...
