denied case WITH MOTION TO REOPEN

I am so frustrated! My husband and I have been married for almost two years now and finally had the funds to apply for his visa. We did everything we were supposed to and honestly didn't lie on the application. EXCEPT! There was this one time when he was working before we got married and he sold a beer before noon on a Sunday and the officer caught him, BUT...HEAR THIS the officer NEVER READ HIS RIGHT, DIDN'T HAND CUFF HIM, AND MOST OF ALL DIDN'T TAKE HIM INTO CUSTODY. The only thing the officer made him to was pay a fine and told him to show up in court. Well he showed up in court payed the fine..and the judge dismissed his case AND refunded the money back to him. NO ONE ever once made it clear to my husband he was being arrested. Well they put it on his permanent record as my husband was arrested!! We didn't even know so how would we know to put it on our application. We thought well the case is dismissed and they refunded his money then there is nothing more to do with it...WRONG...THEY DENIED HIS CASE AND SAID HE ON PURPOSELY LIED TO THE IMMI OFFICER....NOW THEY ARE EVEN TALKING ABOUT DEPORTATION! I CAN'T LOSE MY HUSBAND..IF HE GETS DEPORTED I AM GOING RIGHT WITH HIM..AND I AM A US CITIZEN TELL ME IF WE HIRE A LAWYER DO WE STAND A CHANCE???? IF THERE IS A LAWYER IN DALLAS, TEXAS PLEASE CONTACT ME!! I NEED HELP ASAP!! WE ONLY HAVE 30 DAYS TO MOTION TO REOPEN THE CASE!!
