I’m having a rough time with immigration. I came to the United State in Dec 00 as F-1. I got married in Dec 03 and filled all the paper work in March 06. I filled I-485, I-130, and I-765 concurrently and I received my workpermit in August 06. Had my interview in Baltimore MD in October 06. Everything went alright according to me, but since then, I haven’t heard anything concrete from immigration. If you call the 1800… you heard the same thing over again. YOU WILL HEAR FROM US SOON. From 30days now to 6 month. I used my local congress office just to knock on doors only to find out that my case is currently in the computer’s scheduling queue, awaiting a second interview according to the congress people. The next day I called immigration my 1800 again. I hear the same story again YOU WILL HEAR FROM US SOON.
What should I do?
What should I know about the 2nd interview?
I would love to go home in December. Should I apply for AP?
