need help ..please respond

Hi .. noone responed to my earlier post ..what to do next .like i said i have been here in the us now since dec of 2006. got married in march . getting help from my cousin on filling out the forms . still cant find anything on the giudlines for my husband to sponser me in here .how much does he have to make to meet those guidelines , i think this is going to back fire on me .and i will be sent home .i am happerier then i have ever been .could someone out there please help ....what are my chances on being able to stay here .where i belong!! i have every document i could think of here with me .can anyone tell me where to go from here .very confused .thanks

wait,wait...your query isn't clear..did u get married to an American ctzen last march?You said you came here dec 2006.when does your i-94 expire?If you got married to a US ctzen,then he/she should file the petition for you.Take it from there.Seek a reputable attorney who can help like ie;Atty Gurfinkel,or Reeves.

sorry .it wasnt clear .i came here in dec of 2006 .got married inmarch of 2007.been here now for a little over 4 months we are getting ready to file the forms ..but i am real scared .like i said i dont want to be seperated from him again ..i have family here .my cousin who works for the state is helping us file the forms .we have been together now for over 2 years .my son is in school here . im just stuck ..not knowing the in;s and out;s of it all .really scared in usa ..thanks

Why are scared? If you are married to a US Citizen and it is a true marriage (Real Love) there is nothing to be scared about. Just file your forms all of them and make sure that all the info that they require is on the forms. Follow this link and you will find the requirements to sponsor some one (how much he should make).
