hi ..never got a respond from anyone yet on the affidavit of support .just a brief over view of my situation ...dated a guy fron us for about 2 years now .came here in dec 2006 .only with a passport .my son has one also .got a notarized letter stamped from the courts in canada .by my ex husband giving me permission to move here with my 10 year old son ..i have every document i could think of here with me including medical records .we got married on march 16th of 2007 .so my time here rite now is running out .we are getting ready to file the forms .but one really bothers me ....this is of course the support form .he did have a job when i arrived here .but is now on unemployment ..waiting on a job ,,which he will proberrly get .soon ..still have no idea on how much he has to make a year to be able to sponser me and my son in here ...and we really can not file the forms till we know for sure . need help ....please reply ..also like i said in my earlier post .i have a aunt here .and two first cousins ..one of which works for the state and is in the process of helping us file the forms ..but will having family here be of any benifit to me .as i try to adjust my status ....any answers will sure help ..thanks

They provide all the information you are looking for regarding the affidavit of support/I-864W, including what the minimum support guidelines are for your particular household configuration. If your hubby doesn't make enough and you can't find someone else to provide the support needed, you could have problems.
