hi i'm asking this question for a friend, his wife got her green card in april 2007 ( 10 years) things are on the downs with the two of them , he wanna divorce her and marry someone he met in the caribbean. is there a certain time frame or waiting period before he can sponser another person. he and his wife are married for 6 years
