Greetings, I have a question regarding single registered nurse dependents.
i understand that under Schedule A nurse can can be petitioned (I-140) together with her spouse and kids by the hospital considering all her requirements are met afterwhich the registered nurse and dependents apply for an adjustment of immigrant status since they are all in the US.
Question:
what if the registered nurse is single... no spouse nor kids, can she instead request her employer/hospital to include her parents in the I-140 ? afterwhich the registered nurse and her parents apply for an adjustment of immigrant status since they are all in the US.
Please advise...
