Active Tuberculosis

Hi
I am diagnosied active Tuberculosis and taking treatment for it ( INH for 6 months + R sin and some other drugs) . Is there any chance of denail of my visa based on this

The INS could deny for any reason they find compelling. Active TB could possible pose a problem. They may deny flat out deny or pend your case until you are deemed "cured" with medical documentation. There is a specific form from the USCIS, the I-601, that persons who are denied because of active TB can file if their case is denied. Get well soon !!
