DWUI and 485

Hello,
A friend of mine is looking to do AOS and she has a DWUI recently. Does she need to declair it or is it considered a traffic violation?

If she does declare it what is the liklihood that it will cause problems?

Also her visa runs out in June, she has a job under the F1 visa work year program. Can she keep working? Can she apply for a work permit in the mean time? and how long will it take?

They will ask you at the initial interview if you have any criminal record.
