If you can bring your immunizations to your medical appointment it makes everything faster, easier and cheaper. If you can't find it or your family can't send it on time, make your medical appointment as soon as possible. Then, the doctor will give you a prescription to take two shots: MMR (stands for Measles, Mumps, Rubella) and Tet**** (has to be taken every ten years). Go take the shots, bring the immunizations to the doctor. He/she will give you the sealed envelop in a couple of days. Put the sealed envelope with your husband's last three years tax return, your birth certificate, and all the other paperwork requested and mail it off before the 87 days cap!
Good luck!
