Filling The adjustment of status.

Hello,

With the adjustment of status package, do we mail that in or make an appointment with a filed office of some sort? This adjustment of status isn't for employment, it's based off my marriage to a non U.S citizen.

You must mail the forms to the addresses specific for each form. In some cases, it can all be mailed to one address, but that depends on your personal situation. The lengthy instructions that come with each form will tell you where to mail it. You can download at the USCIS website.

The appointment (referred to as "infopass") are for persons who have already submitted forms and have case #s and need to meet face to face to have specific Q's answered regarding their file.
