Hello,
I have two approved I-140 with two employers.
1.Approved I-140 under EB3 - PD Mar 2003 with Current employer
2. Approved I-140 under Eb2 (future employer) - PD May 2005
As per June visa bullitin, I am eligible to file I-485 with my current employer(EB3) and also with future employer
bydoing PD substisution with old PD.
I am thinking to go for first option as it is straight forward case and working for the same employer for past 4.5
years.So less chances for getting RFE during I-485 processing OR for doing AC21 in future. But some people say in EB2
category I-485 will be approved faster than EB3 because of the low demand compare to EB3.
Which option will be good in my case? Please give your openions ASAP as I am planning to file I-485 on JUNE 1st.
