I am filing for AOS but have few Qs???

Hello,

I have few Qs to ask.....I got married to USC and now filing all the forms...I want to ask....that
1)I dont have any birth certificate and there is non I am sure in my country so can i go ahead and file my application and later get some affidivit for the interview( I mean when they call for the interview i will be able to show some proof as it takes some time , which i dont have)???

2) How many G325A are required(I know one for me and one for my spouse)but do i have to submitt more than one G325a????n do i have to submitt them in multiple colored copies if i do have to submitt more than one G325A for my self???

you need one form for yourself and one form for your wife, each form should have 4 copies. this applies to I-130. no need to repeat data that is already on i-130.

You need one form for yourself only with 4 copies. this is for I-485.

best to use the uscis feature on the website. just download and type all your information in and print it, it automatically prints the 4 copies needed.
