Hello everybody. I'm new member. I would like to know if someone can help me. I have a friend who want to know for his daugther about immigration in Usa. She is France citizen native in south-East asiatic. Now she is in Usa since 30 days and she want to married with a man who has a Permanent Green Card through marriage benefit. The problem he is in Usa since only 1 year and always married. She like to live clandestinily with him, but before that she like to ask for extend her visa. Is it possible ?
As a attorney in the city where she is, he said, she can get extend her visa and she can work for 2 years. Is it realy beacause I ask on every web side, no law can permit to extend the visa except married with someone and family based. she's over 21 years old.
