Some Qs regarding I 864....plz help!!!!

hello I wana ask few Qs regarding I 864......as my spouse income is under 125%....so i asked another family member of hers(who is not a household member) who has agreed to file the form I 864.....so do I need an I 864 from my spouse as well???like do I have to file 2 I 864 forms(one from my spouse n the other one frrom that family member)????if yes then there is another problem....which is my spouse didnt file for tax for the last 3 years n she has only one W2 for the last year....so what should I do in that case???
