hi everyone
my i130 was approved a while ago, but i have to go through the court to get my green card. because i didnt register for the NSEER in 2002,now i want to adjust my status and the ins told me that,s up to the judge to accept or deny your application.i,m married to a us citizen and have a kid.
please if anyone went through the same process please give me some advice.
