Hi,
I have a I-485 pending with USCIS, I married a US Citizen in the US and filed for adjustment of status. After my interview they said I will get a response in 90 days. I received a letter from Immigration to appear to the office for an "official matter" and the reason for this appointment was "I-130 application filed by spouse, petitioner must be present". I dont know what this means, does anyone know if this means it's an interview to determine if it's fraud? Should I take a lawyer with me?
Any help in this regard appreciated a lot,
thanks
