Im filling an i-485 but i have a problem with part 3A. the question is about the nonimmigrant visa numbe rand the date it was issued and the consulate. i was issued a tourist visa in 2000, but i lost it, all i have is my I-94 and all i can remember is the consulate where it was issued but i dont have the visa number nor the date it was issued. Now i dont know what to write as an answer to that question, should i leave blank or i cant mailed if i dont have that answer?
