Question,
There are a lot of people that do not belong ROW catagory that are waiting on I485 approval. Since the dates moved up for the none ROW countries, a lot of these (poor souls) can finnaly apply for their I485. But does that mean that all the other people that already applied and are waiting on approval are pused back in line. Just wondering and yes if that is the case oh well...the people in none ROW have been waiting long enough...,just trying to figure the system out.
Are they working files from the date it was applied for or from from your priority date is current.
For example
ROW apllied in late 2006 is current and waiting on approval.
none ROW just got current per may 18th filed her/his I485 and pushed the ROW back.
