I appreciate if someone knows answer for my situation , Iam filing my AOS application along with my spouse(who was the primary applicant) and Iam on H1B for the past two years and on project for 6 months in 2005 and another 6 months in 2006 and rest of the period on bench for which my employer didn't pay. But Iam on Job so far this year and submitting copies of W2's for the past two years and current pay stubs with the I-485 application. Does this impact my process?. Is there a way around for this?. please advice.
