  • applicant's employment last five years in G325A

    Hi All,

I have a question about how to fill in G325A a strange employment that happened in last five years.

I worked two or three times (i.e. two or three days) couple of years ago at an on-campus activity. All happened on weekend and on seperate dates like couple of months apart. I received 1099-misc for the payments I got (I don't know how I ended up with 1099-misc with an on-campus job).

Now, I am applying for AOS and am wondering how I should list that activity in my employment history last five years in G325A. I do not want to hide anything from USCIS. I saw on the web that Immihelp also suggests that "applicants need to mention your employers even if you worked in the US illegally".

I need help with the following issues:
    • How can I list two three daily jobs I took on two or three seperate dates in G325A. Should I list each on a seperate line for each day?
    • I guess my employer was the university becasue they gave me the job but I received a 1099-misc (this is usually given to self-employed which is illegal for students etc.). So who do you think is the employer? Should I care about it?
    • Lets say I should not have taken those jobs and payments. Well, it is too late to admit that it could be wrong becases that already happened. Anyway, if it was wrong to do, am I in trouble now? Is this going to screw up my GC application? In such a case is there a way out? (this the best time to say something)

    Thanks for your input.
