Need Filing Advise for Adjustment of Status
My husband and I just got married and need some advise to ensure we dont file incorrectly
He recently received a ticket while driving with an expired d/l so we must be in the system prior to his court date to risk any orders for deportation.
We have completed the I-30 and by advisement the g-325 now we realized we need the g-325a (but it looks the same)
what other forms are crucial to send immediately?
If anyone knows all the forms please advise
He entered legally on a visitors but it is expired
he only applied once for a I-765 but was denied
We are married only 2 months
Any help is greatly appreciated
