Hi any help will be greatly appreciated.
==================================
Current situation:
1) In the process of changing H1 from company A to company B.
2) I140 from company A is approved and PD is current.(after the big jump of PD on this month's Visa Bulletin)
3) Attorney advises to continue to file for I485, his reasoning is that USCIS will not find out that there is a job change.
4) Attorney say company B's attorney can continue to begin regular GC process like new PERM, new I140 etc, independent of the I485 filing from company A. Once I485 approved and received GC, stop the new application.
Question:
1) How likely will USCIS find out and reject my I485 based on change of employer?
2) If the I485 is rejected, will it affect new/future application of GC (assuming pentitioned by company B). Will I be in some sort of blacklist?
I understand that the general advice is NOT to change job now, but I've agreed to them and they have prepared everything for H1 Change, plus...I really like the new job.
Thanks!!!
