I have the following discrepancies in my birth certificate, Kindly advise
- I was born in 1975 but my Birth certificate has the date of registration as 2003. Also my father's name is misspelt and my mother's name is missing. Should I submit this along with affidavits from both my parents ? Immihelp says in case of incorrect birth certificates you must submit magistrate's order for the late registration - what kind of order is it ? If I claim that I don't have my certifiacte and simply file affidavits do I also have to show evidence that my birth has not been registered from the place where I was born ? Pls advise
