help needed to file i485

pls help
my h1 is in 7yr extension and 140 is approved as visa dates r current i can apply for 485,but then my h1 has be expired and i have recepit no but my doubt is what to put in expiration date in form 485,my previous H1 no or new recepit no
i am confused can anybody help me on this
