    H1 Extension and I-485 question

    Hello, I just got my I-140 approved and I was thinking of filing my H1 extension for 3 years. One of my friend is saying if the priority date is current we can only file for 1 year extension and not 3 years extension. Is that correct?

    Help Please as my H1 is expiring in 3 weeks.
