    H1 valid - Travel to India after applying for I-485

    Hello everyone,

    My husband is on H1-B and we are planning to visit india this aug and come back in sep. My husband's visa is valid (I-94 validity) is till Sep 30 2007.

    1. Can he travel after applying for 485 with that valid visa?
    2. Do we have to wait for Advacne Parole ?
    3. Do we have to wait for acknowledgement of 485 ?

    Please advice,
