Positive PPD and X-RAY - Can I apply I-485?

My test for PPD and X-Ray has been confirmed to be positive. I am meeting the doctor to start the medication. In the mean time, can I apply for my AOS (I-485)? Will there be any issue? Do I need to complete the medication before I can apply for I-485? As the envelope is sealed for I-693, I do not know what has been written in it? Any help and guidance on this would be highly appreciated.

So you didn't get a copy of your Medical exam from your doctor? They should give you one. Come back and ask for a copy.
