My birth certificate shows a wrong birth date and wrong name. My passport, school records, driving lic., etc show my actual birth date and name. There is no legal way available to correct these errors. I am ready to file my I-485 and could supply an affidavit from my father. My mother is handicapped and she can not sign any affidavits. Should my birth certificate and an affidavit from my father be sufficient?
