URGENT I-485 Adjustment of status and travel issues

I am traveling to India on the 2nd of July and will need to get my h1 stamped in the passport in order to come back to the US on the 30th of July. I have my labor cleared and I-140 applied..
Given this background in order to benefit from this new situation Can i apply for my 485 on the 1 st of July and leave for India on the 2nd of July?

At the time of applying for I-485 Do i have to apply for EDA and Advance parole?

Can i apply for just the 485 and on a later date apply for EDA and Advance parole?

what are the repercussions?

Hi,

As far as i know u cannot travel to india after applying for 485 if u dont have a valid visa, as in I-94 validity. If you have to go for stamping, then it is advisable not to travel till you get ur advance parole.

I am also in the same situation as you are, and have been getting clarifications on the same question from a lot of people.
