I am filling my I-485 and I-130 and have some doubts:
I-485
What kind of application type should I apply if i am married with an american but my visa is B2?(Part 2 application type)
I-130
question 22
"Your relative is in USAand will apply for adjust of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at the office of the imigration and Nat. Service in____Houston,TX______.
If your relative is not elegible for adjust.status,he/she will apply for a visa abroad at the american consular post in______________(?)"

I-485/I-130

This is the way I did mine. I don't have a B2 visa, mine is VWP, but I think that the forms are filled out the same, except for the different visa info.

If you are filing both forms together you check box A) on I-485.

Your I-485 won't be processed until after I-130 is accepted, hence INS will assign a imm. visa number for I-130 then move on and process I-485.

I-130 question 22, write/type N/A because you are already here in the USA and want your interview here.
