Filling out G-325 A and other forms for EAD filing

Hello,

I'm having trouble typing in the info on the G-325A and other forms (pdf)required for EAD and AP. The text doesn't seem to fit in the boxes and it puts a + at the end of the word and it wud print exactly the same way (I thought it wud auto-adjust the font size while printing). Just wondering how others have filled out the forms for submission

well I left those boxes for the dates empty and the with BLACK PEN just write those down....like 2007 to 2005 etc......really dont worry abt it...just go ahead
