AOS filing while OPT application is pending

Hello All,

I need some advice

I am in a unique situation. My labor has been approved and dates are current for 485. My wife converted from H4 to F1 in Oct 2006 (Has not travelled out of country since then) and will be graduating in Aug 07. One month ago she applied for OPT.

Is there any problem if we file for AOS while OPT application is still pending?

Any advice will be appreciated.
