Filling I-480 docs - moved from H4 to H1 recently

Hi

My wife(who was on H4) recently got her H1 which is effective Oct 1st 2007.

My company is ready to fill I-485 since my I-140 is approved.

When I give the I-94 details, do I need to give her H1 - I-94 that we got recently or is it fine just giving the current H4 I-94.


Also, when I was on L1B, she had her EAD. Can we give documentation on that or does it need to be only from F1-opt?

Any suggestions are appreciated.
