spouse I-485 filed and change of job

HI

My spouse filed I-485. I am on H1. So my spouse filed for an EAD for me.

Can I change my job i.e transfer my H1 visa while filing EAD?

I am sure, I might get an EAD in 3 months but If I get good job before that I can transfer my H1 visa ?

Does it create any problems?

If you were working on H1 you dont even need the EAD or AP but nice to have in case you end up needing it.

You can maintain your H1 status and transfer H1 to a different employer without any problems arising out of I-485 or EAD filing.
