I am so depressed don`t know what to do. I appreciate anyones input or advice. Okay came on F1 in 97 fell out of status years later anyway married to a usc in 01/05 everything has been peachy only problem we are about to file AOS and found out he has been in and out of jail for 11 years way b4 i met him for assault and is on probation shocked me senseless. his story was he was protecting his sister and such but kept messing up his probation reason he kept going back. Also since everything was coming out to light he shared that he also owes the irs a good sum of money and hasn`t paid them 
.finally realized why he refused to file returns last year with me . I am lost don`t know what to do can we still file in light of this information ? will this cause problems ? we have been together almost 4 years now and i would never have guessed he really is not a criminal just got caught up in younger days what now? Is it wise for me to file the AOS i mean he is still a usc does he still have the right to sponsor me ???????
