NON AVAILABILITY Certifiacate..last name

Hi Friends

I have no Birth certificate and I am going to take non-availability certificate for 485 purpose.

My last name was changed in passport after my marriage.So which name is compulsory in non-availability certifiacte ?is it my married name or maiden name..

Please help me

Go for yr Maiden Name. Having yr Birth Certificate with yr husbands last name sounds unlogical...

Get the Non-Availability Certificate with yr Maiden Name and Fill the 485 application with yr Latest Name and mention yr Maiden Name in the Other Names section
