Hi Guys,
Originally my H-1b, PERM and I-140 all were filed based on my job location at Phoenix, AZ. But few months ago I moved to Portland, OR on a temporary relocation. I neither changed my company nor my job responsibilities nor the group I work for. I moved to Portland just to provide on-site support. I did submit an AR-11 to USCIS reporting the change of my address.
Will this affect my AOS application at all? I am actually told that even my H-1b has to be amended and that I cannot apply for my AOS untill I return back to Phoenix, AZ.
Please advice.
