this is the first time in this forum. I have a situation
My employer is filing for both i-140 and 485 conurrently with a pre approved labor for me which has to be done by 13th july. Im ready with all the doc's too.
now can i apply for my wife's 485 EAD/AP after 15th july since she is in india right now. can i take chances by delaying to file for her 485 before 20th july?
please suggest me group.
