as i have noticed many people have gotten RFE and second FP.do all get them or people from specific countries do?

Most people get fb more than once, especially if you are applying for multiple forms or they can't read the intial fb properly. So don't worry about that.

People get RFE all the time and it is common. It's basically impossible to remember to give USCIS every single document needed, especially if you didn't get a lawyer to do the paper work and remind you of things.
