Got MY Greencard!

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just letting you all know I got my greencard and that if you need any assistance from the New York side, I am here.

Thanks for all of those who answered my questions.

One piece of advice: If you are an arranged couple play the role, if you're not play the role. Be yourselves and do not stress. The most important thing is having accounts in your names, insurance and anything to make your marriage BOna fide! Look credible when you go for the nterview i.e. look professional it shows respect and class.

It wasn't as tough as we anticipated. We even did the questions on the website for "interview question". He mainly asked the biographic info and a couple personal questions: HOW DID WE MEET?, AND MAINLY " WHY Do I WANT TO BE IN THE USA?". It took 20 min and we were out of there. As far as I could tell it is all about how you present yourself and having the supporting documents that shows that you are not a burden on the governmenti.e. bank accounts, insurance, lease, credit cards and cellphone bills. These were all we had as we were only married for 4 months.
