I-140 approved - but no copy of approved petition

Hello,
I have my I-140 approved, but my company will not give me a copy of the I-140. they will only give it to me incase of a layoff. I want to transfer companies as the company I work for is not doing well anyway. What are my options? I want to keep my priority date, but don't know how since I don't have the approved 140 copy. Anyone have some feedback on this?
