Hello,
On May 23rd 2007 the AOS application status for me and my wife was changed to 'We mailed you a notice requesting additional evidence.' with the following comments:
'On May 23, 2007, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence and/or information in this case. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the evidence and/or information requested. This case will be held in suspense until we either receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once you submit the information and/or evidence requested, you will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something further from you.'
Since then my lawyer called USCIS once asking for the letter to be mailed again as we never received it. Its been almost 5 weeks since we called and we still havent received the letter.
Did anyone else experience the same problem. What are our options?
Any guidance will be appreciated.
